You will join our Global Commercial Finance team and support our Communications Services division

A role you will love
Your financial leadership experience will be required to support business priorities and commercial decision marking to ensure the success of CCS and ultimately Computershare.
This role will:
Lead the organisation's financial, business analysis and business planning requirements and assume ownership of all budgeting, forecasting, multi- year strategic planning, profitability, and margin analysis.
Support business leadership by providing finance and commercial input and support. You will be required to deliver valuable commercial insights across the business's product lines and customer channels.
Lead the completion of high-quality business cases / financial modelling for major business initiatives (e.g. existing and new product concepts) as well as financial commitments (e.g. leases or major capex spend);
Lead the annual planning process. This includes leading the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process as well as ensuring stakeholder engagement into the planning process and meeting the wider group deadlines.
Ensure the accurate and timely production of financial reports, analysis, and forecasts for CCS. This is to provide a clear insight into the financial condition of the business to help drive the financial discipline and ongoing accountability required to improve operating and financial performance.
Limited travel may be required from time to time.
What will you bring to the role?
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for financial modelling and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, work through tough conversations and get them to get to the best outcome. You will be experienced in working with the busines in helping them move it forward with your insights and analytical ability.

Other key skills required for the role include:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business in addition to 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
Appropriate finance leadership experience (i.e., 2 to 3 years' experience) in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, month end close and provision of related reporting and variance analysis and involvement in corporate development activity
Experience as a finance business partner, i.e., working hand in hand with management and providing decision support based on financial modelling and analytics
Communicate in a persuasive and engaging manner with an ability to influence business outcomes
