Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!The GigThe Controller will work on site in our Bolingbrook office to partner with the business, to support the finance function and help the organization scale up based on an exciting growth trajectory.What Youll DoMaintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresMaintain a system of controls over accounting transactionsEnsure month-end processes are completed by assigned deadlines as well as all required account reconciliationsEnsure customer set up and billing is done timely and accuratelyIssue timely and complete financial statements in accordance with GAAPCalculate and issue financial and operating metricsManage the production of annual budget and forecastsProvide for a system of management of site profitability reportsProvide financial analyses as neededCoordinate the provision of information to external auditorsProvide proactive analysis of financials related to the Aftermarket segment of the business. Look for insights with revenue and expense accounts that can assist OperationsSeek out areas of improvement for internal processes and coordination with field operationsWhat You NeedA Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is required, CPA and/or MBA is preferred8+ years in the accounting / finance fieldStrong knowledge and experience with ERP systemsExperience with budgeting, variance analysis and management reportingFlexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced environmentProven leadership and management skillsA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedFlexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsGrow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
