Job Title: Client Relationship Manager - Futures & Options
Location: Chicago, IL 60661 Pay Rate: $48.44 on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Hybrid; Mandatory 3 days onsite, 2 days remote | Standard
business hours Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 11-months, with possibility for extension or

financial services holding company whose investment banking and
auxiliary sectors are headquartered in Manhattan, NY! Overview In
this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients,
helping them with trade and position inquiries, navigating
operational questions, and strengthening the overall relationship.
Youll work in a fastpaced environment, supporting toptier clients
and ensuring they receive excellent service. Responsibilities Serve
as a subject matter expert for client inquiries related to trades,
positions, lifecycle events, commissions, reporting, and product
offerings. Act as the central contact for client issues, conducting
research or coordinating internal outreach to resolve questions and
escalations. Function as an escalation point for both clients and
internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of critical matters.
Coordinate outreach regarding last trade datesparticularly for
physically settled contractsand monitor client intentions around
options expiries. Manage client requests for additional access to
internal platforms such as the Mercury portal. Maintain consistent
communication with the Marketing team, sharing client concerns,
product needs, and tracking updates through internal databases.
Lead scheduled meetings with priority clients to review metric
trends, outstanding issues (OILs), and strategic industry updates.
Collaborate with Client Service Relationship Managers to prioritize
OILs, keep SharePoint records updated, and ensure ongoing progress
toward issue resolution. Encourage client adoption of selfservice
tools, reduce manual accommodations, and use etask/Tableau metrics
to identify opportunities to streamline processes. Maintain updated
client profiles, procedures, and accurate contact details. Required
Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills
with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal
partners. Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment and manage
multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work
independently and take ownership of tasks and processes. Strong
risk awareness with a focus on executing clientfacing
responsibilities in a controlled and compliant manner. Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Solid understanding of
client execution and clearing for futures and derivatives across
global markets. Knowledge of industry regulations, rules, and
common market practices. Experience with GMI and other systems used
in cleared Futures and Derivatives. Experience collaborating with
global teams and outsourced partners is an advantage. Indepth
knowledge of margin processes for futures and options. Proven
ability to bring forward new ideas, drive innovation, and support
continuous improvement. Ability to work across diverse perspectives
and determine optimal solutions. Strong relationshipbuilding skills
and a commitment to ongoing learning to meet evolving client needs.
