Accountant We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant to work within a Green Bay, WI Manufacturer. As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the CFH and the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Accountant Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $26.50 - $31.25/hr. Based on Experience Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Support daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and balance sheet account maintenance. Prepare, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms. Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts to support healthy cash flow. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries. Perform routine balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. What's Needed? Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with accounts receivable and invoicing responsibilities. Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices. Proficiency with accounting software (Sage preferred) and Excel.
