Receivable Clerk to join a dynamic and supportive team in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will handle critical
invoicing and payment processing tasks, contribute to collections
efforts, and ensure seamless administrative operations. This is a
Contract to permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity

Responsibilities: • Process customer payments using various
methods, including mobile deposits and electronic transfers. •
Manage invoicing tasks with precision, ensuring timely and accurate
billing. • Provide support in reducing accounts receivable backlog
and enhancing collections efforts. • Maintain and strengthen
relationships with customers through effective communication. •
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to streamline
administrative workflows. • Assist in training and onboarding
processes to ensure smooth integration into the team. • Utilize
QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook for efficient financial and
operational tasks. • Handle high volumes of invoices daily,
especially during peak seasons. • Prioritize attention to detail
while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. •
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.•
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related
roles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook for
financial and administrative tasks. • Strong skills in commercial
collections, billing functions, and cash applications. • Ability to
multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to
detail. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. •
Comfortable working in a close-knit and collaborative team
environment. • High level of adaptability and versatility in
managing dynamic priorities. • Experience in handling high invoice
volumes during busy periods.
