Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify issues. Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
