an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This

oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction
through close-out, working closely with owners, architects,
engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects
are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
This role supports self-performed construction work and requires
hands-on project management experience within a self-perform
environment. This position offers stability, career advancement,
and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful, high-impact
projects with minimal travel requirements . Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through
completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate and support self-performed construction work and
subcontracted scopes Collaborate with architects, engineers,
subcontractors, and owners Review contracts, change orders, and
project documentation Monitor job progress and proactively identify
and resolve issues Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
company standards Provide clear communication and reporting to
internal leadership Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of project
management experience with a general contractor, design-builder, or
construction manager Required experience managing self-performed
construction work Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar
construction projects , including ground-up new construction Strong
understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and
cost controls Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and
Viewpoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
Structural Engineering, or a related field Why Join This Team
