Job Description Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join a growing commercial construction team. You’ll prepare accurate cost estimates, pursue new business, and manage bids for roofing, waterproofing, and projects. This role combines technical expertise with client interaction and sales strategy. What You’ll Do: Review project plans and proposals to develop competitive estimates Conduct on-site inspections for materials, labor, and timelines Build and maintain contractor and client relationships Respond to RFQs/RFPs and present professional proposals Negotiate contracts and support project management teams Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor pricing Qualifications: 5–10 years in commercial construction estimating and sales (roofing or metal preferred) Knowledge of commercial roofing or metal panel systems Strong communication and negotiation skills Blueprint and construction document interpretation skills Willingness to travel to project sites Experience: 5–10 years | Education: Bachelor’s Company Description A national search firm, specializes in the recruitment and placement of highly qualified Construction, Energy, Information Technology (IT), Accounting, Finance, Human Resource and other office professional personnel on a direct placement or retained executive search basis. ______________________________________________________________________________ Element Professionals, LLC.
