Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Customer Services and Sales Representative in our Oakbrook Terrace office. The Customer Services and Sales Representative facilitates, coordinates, and executes marketing strategies with our local retail partners. As a Customer Services Representative you will assist customers through answering product questions, providing knowledgeable, personalized recommendations on products and services, and offering impeccable customer care. Our Customer Service Representatives contribute to the strength of our Marketing Department by collaborating with top management on new strategies, assisting administratively, as well as partnering with the Human Resources Department. Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED - 6 months customer service or retail setting experience or Associates degree. - Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude - Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications. - Detail oriented with ability to multi-task. - Capable to work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team leads, management, and human resources.
