Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time contract position is for a bilingual (English/Spanish)
School Psychologist serving K-12 students within a school district
in the Chicago area. The assignment is scheduled from early January
through mid-May, with an itinerant role that may require travel to
multiple school sites. The primary responsibility will be
conducting IQ assessments as part of comprehensive student
evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Administer psychological
evaluations focused on cognitive functioning for K-12 students -
Provide insights and recommendations based on assessment results to
support students educational needs - Collaborate with school staff,
parents, and other professionals to develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) - Maintain accurate and confidential records
in accordance with district policies and professional standards -
Participate in meetings and contribute to interventions and
accommodations as appropriate Qualifications: - Masters degree or
higher in Psychology - Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
and Illinois School Psychologist License - Bilingual proficiency in
English and Spanish is required - Experience working in school
settings, preferably serving K-12 populations - Strong assessment
and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively
in a team environment Location: - Elgin, IL (Chicago metropolitan
area) - On-site position with potential travel to multiple schools
within the district This role offers an opportunity to apply
