Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district in Racine, WI, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
School Psychologist to support students across multiple grade
levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school
(9-12). This contract position offers the opportunity to make a
significant impact on students' educational and emotional
well-being through assessment, intervention, and collaborative
problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological
assessments for students, identifying cognitive, emotional, and
social strengths and challenges. - Collaborate with educators,
families, and support staff to develop Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans. - Provide counseling and
crisis intervention as needed to support student mental health. -
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to guide educational
planning and behavioral support. - Utilize data to monitor student
progress and adjust services accordingly. - Promote a positive
school climate through consultation, training, and prevention
programs. Preferred Qualifications: - Masters or Doctoral degree in
School Psychology or related field. - Certification or licensure as
a School Psychologist in Wisconsin. - Experience working with
students across K-12 grade levels. - Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. -
Knowledge of relevant assessment tools and educational laws. -
