We’re partnering with a school district in Muskegon County, MI to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This role will provide therapy services to students in grades K–3, supporting their communication, language, and speech development. Job Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist will work directly with students, providing individualized therapy and support to help improve speech, language, and communication skills. This role involves collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a positive and effective learning environment. Position Details: Location: In-person Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:20 am – 3:50 pm) School Year: 2025/2026 Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for K–3 students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting. Provide strategies and resources for classroom support of students’ communication needs.
