Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer challenges by troubleshooting across Kubernetes,
cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
tools
Onboard and train customers on best practices for cloud services
while gathering feedback for product improvements
Maintain knowledge of platform architecture and collaborate with
teams to enhance reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree
with 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering,
DevOps, or Systems Administration in hybrid cloud environments
Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including
Kubernetes and containerization technologies
Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for automated
infrastructure management
