Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welding Engineer to
join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing welding techniques, procedures, and
application of welding equipment to solve complex fabrication
problems. The Welding Engineer will also enhance productivity and
quality by applying cutting-edge engineering solutions. Develop and
optimize welding techniques, procedures, and applications to
address and solve engineering problems involving fabrication of
metals. Coordinate and execute project work plans, ensuring
adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics,
and computer-generated reports. Recommend and implement
improvements to production processes, equipment, and use of
materials to increase efficiency and quality. Liaise with supply
chain and production staff to ensure the highest quality of raw
materials and final products. Conduct research and tests on welding
processes, materials and equipment, including new technologies.
Prepare necessary technical documentation including regular reports
and procedure manuals for engineering and operational use.
Proficiency in CAD software and programming of automated welding
systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep
knowledge of metallurgy, especially as it relates to welding and
fabrication. Familiarity with industry standards and safety
regulations. Excellent communication and project management
