Job Description:

for a Manager of Turbine Support & Business to oversee our turbine
operations and business management across our diverse energy
portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a robust knowledge of
turbine systems and a strategic mindset to enhance operational
efficiency in our gas, oil, and electric sectors. Lead and manage
turbine operation projects to ensure optimal performance and
compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory
requirements. Develop and implement strategic business plans for
turbine operations, aligning with company objectives and market
trends. Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operational
teams to improve turbine efficiency and lifecycle management.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the turbine
department. Collaborate with R&D departments to integrate new
technologies and practices that enhance turbine efficiency and
sustainability. Provide leadership and development opportunities
for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
innovation. In-depth knowledge of turbine systems within the energy
sector. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficient
in budget management and financial analysis. Ability to collaborate
cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various
stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred. Professional
Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
