Constellation, a leading energy company, is looking for a Manager of Turbine Support to oversee the operational integrity and reliability of our turbines within our power generation units. This role requires maintaining turbine machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency, ensuring alignment with environmental policies, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of turbine operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable energy practices. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of turbine equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for turbine systems. Collaborate with other departments to enhance system efficiencies and meet energy production targets. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians. Manage budgets, forecasting expenses and reducing costs while maintaining system efficiency and reliability. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in turbine technology and apply best practices. In-depth knowledge of turbine systems, including operation, maintenance, and repair. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing technical teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs. Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools for managing plant operations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is an advantage. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
