What You’ll Do Review and process PPAPs and support quality assurance for production operations. TLX Technologies Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying quality standards at every stage to ensure excellence. TLX Technologies Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality issues and support new product launches, scale-ups, and process improvements. TLX Technologies Conduct root-cause analysis and utilize Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) to optimize processes and prevent recurrence of issues. TLX Technologies Who You Are A proactive, innovative problem solver with strong attention to detail. TLX Technologies Deep familiarity with quality standards and systems, ideally including ISO 9000 and IATF 16949. Certified or experienced in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or eager to pursue certification. Comfortable taking ownership, driving solutions, and making a measurable impact.
