Metropolis is seeking a Senior Director of Environmental Health and
Safety. We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who
will be responsible for developing, implementing, anticipating
future challenges, and continuously improving the organization's
EHS strategy in both AI tech and parking. The Senior Director will
foster a strong safety culture, and collaborates extensively with
various Internal/ External stakeholders across all levels of the
organization. What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive
EHS strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization's
overall business objectives and anticipates future safety
challenges Serve as a collaborative and communicative leader,
providing EHS guidance, respect and support across all departments
and levels of the organization Define corporate and
location-specific EHS priorities and develop and implement the
systems and processes needed to support operations Oversee safety
procedures, policies, assessments, inspections, and incident
investigations and ensure compliance with laws Develop and manage
internal safety databases, websites, and electronic tools to track
performance, generate metrics, and evaluate corrective action plans
Lead, mentor, and develop EHS staff and future management fostering
a collaborative and high-performing team What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental
Science, or a related field 10 years of progressive experience in
Environmental Health and Safety, preferably in a complex,
technology-driven environment Proven track record of developing and
implementing successful EHS programs Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and collaboration skills Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant
regulations Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent
designation Prior experience in transportation operations When you

this culture as our organization grows. The anticipated base salary
for this position is $185,000.00 USD to $220,000.00 USD annually.
The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of
variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's
qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience,
distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or
other professional licenses held, and the location of residence
and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of
Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include
access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan,
short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance,
a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. LI-AW1
