About the Role As a Painter and Material Handler, you will play a vital part in our production process. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and want to see the impact you make every day, this is your opportunity! What you’ll do: Receive and stock inventory for pump and parts orders Prep and paint pumps and parts—adding the finishing touches to every product ? Operate blast booths for quality surface prep ?? Package and ship pumps and parts to keep the water moving Practice safe work habits in everything you do Operate forklifts and cranes (experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!) What you’ll bring: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of painting experience in a manufacturing setting Forklift or crane experience preferred Basic computer skills, great communication, strong work ethic Comfortable lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for 8 hours per shift Why Join Xylem?
