GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE The Sr. Manager Field Loyalty will be responsible for leading their respective Regions to deliver topline performance in all things loyalty. This person will be accountable for the growth in all Loyalty metrics through partnership with Field leaders by providing education, training and actionable data. The Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring all Regional and focus market results are being met and field strategies executed effectively. This position will require a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, understanding of store technologies/processes, and the ability to proactively work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. This position requires the aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a history of leading multiple projects simultaneously, training and developing others and driving successful results in a retail, operational, or service-related industry. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions) Establishes partnerships with RVPs/DMs to ensure they are supported with all things Loyalty and accountable for growth in LLC metrics in their respective Regions/focus markets. Collaborates cross functionally with other business partners and field representatives to ensure diverse opinions and thoughts are represented. Executes field impact strategy with key focus markets in each Region and provides regular feedback/follow up. Identifies gaps in knowledge to provide/build/facilitate additional training needs and to collaboratively create plans to address them at both the Regional/District level. Partners with Analyst to provide actionable insight from the data to the focus markets/Regions. Provide ongoing and thorough feedback to the Division/Region Leaders on the progress of focus market/Region and the team s development. Maintains detailed records and prepares related reporting including analysis of results. Effectively leads Regional/District conference calls and touch bases. Sends weekly updates and communications to focus markets/Regions. Accountable for updating calendar/schedules as well as recaps and recognition emails. Support field facing training curriculum and provide ongoing feedback. Provides training support for new stores and their leaders. Assist with contests and communications. SME expert with Loyalty programs, POS systems, and all training materials. Demonstrated track record of extemporary Loyalty results, training/developing others, leading without authority, professional communication both written and verbal as well relationship building. Must have a strong sense of urgency to deliver multiple deadlines and results. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor s degree in business management (or related field) or professional relevant experienceExperience in multi-unit management and influencing without authority to achieve results3-5 years experience in training and developing othersProficient with Microsoft Office product suite; Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation softwareProject management experience SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel frequently up to 50%, including overnight stays, as requiredAbility to work weekends and evenings as needed WORKING CONDITIONS
