THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition leads the corporate recruiting team in the execution of hiring for all positions at the corporate office. The leader will be responsible for day-to-day leadership, building and improving on operational recruitment processes to drive efficiencies across the Corporate Recruiting team, while managing their own full cycle recruitment assignments. This role will be responsible for ensuring the team evolves and adapts to the changing needs of the business as we continue to grow. Essential Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of corporate recruiters to drive a high caliber client and candidate experienceDevelops talent strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talent through a variety of avenues, using industry best practices on a routine basisLead and drive operational efficiencies to ensure a strong end to end recruiting processLead the Corp team to a consistent hiring leader experience consisting of defining hiring needs; provide labor market expertise; implement diversity sourcing and attraction strategies; provide candidate recommendations, interview tips and training; offer hiring recommendationsResponsible for owning full cycle recruitment delivery across various assignmentsLead the team to a consistent candidate experience consisting of advising candidates of qualifications and fit for business opportunities; provide strong, frequent communication through entire candidate experience; manage employment negotiationsLead the Contract Sourcing model, spend and performance to support effective deliveryDevelops influential relationships across client groups, ensuring that recruitment is integrated into the business unitDevelop and implement reporting and key metrics to be distributed to designated business partnersPartner with TA Sr. Manager on analyzing data and ROI based on spend, sourcing, selecting, and hiring, and continuous improvement on talent deliveryAdminister the Associate Value Proposition/Employer Brand messaging into talent pipeline TA social media platforms to resonate with audiences, and oversee the content creation.Partners with HR Business Partners to drive talent planning strategies in each functionDrives operational excellence and compliance and sets high recruitment standardsManages, measures and maintain Inclusive Recruitment and attracts a diverse workforce to the company THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the retail industry; and 3+ years experience as a talent acquisition leader of people preferred.
  • Team player with proven ability to build strong working relationships across the business
  • Proven track record of success in leading a recruiting team over an extended period of time
  • Experience with various recruitment technologies
  • Analytical skills to develop, distribute and provide insights on recruiting KPI s to the business
  • Ability to build and execute project plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day retail operations
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to effectively integrate recruiting into the business ability to achieve results
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve ambiguous and complex issues
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with clients, customers, and partners across different levels and backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication message and style to an audience
  • Excellent management skills and the ability to coach senior level managers on the recruitment process #LI-LB1
