possibilities are beautiful.POSITION SUMMARY:The Loyalty Strategic
Partnerships Manager role is responsible for managing key strategic
partnerships for the Ultamate Rewards program. Responsibilities
include creating and executing against the partnership's loyalty
strategies, monitoring and reporting on loyalty performance within
the partnerships, influencing the campaign and promotional calendar
to support partnership objectives, producing training content, and
continually building our partnership relationships. CORE JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain key strategic partnerships for the Ultamate Rewards
program, serving as the primary business contact for
partnerships.
- Create overall partnership loyalty strategies and manage the
execution of key objectives and priorities, driving key metrics of
partnership performance.
- Monitor and report on loyalty performance within partnerships
to senior leaders in the organization, recommending changes and
action when necessary to drive loyalty goals.
- Analyze campaign and promotion performance within partnerships,
assess profitability impact, and recommend program changes when
necessary.
- Partner with our brand marketing teams to influence our loyalty
program marketing within partnerships.
- Partner with our field teams to produce and continually update
training content to support loyalty goals within partnerships.
- Have a deep understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies
and partner with our lifecycle marketing programs to inform Ulta
Beauty experiences, promotions, and audience strategies based on
guest behavior with strategic partnerships.
- Solicit partnerships from internal and external stakeholders to
create and grow relevant and valuable opportunities for Ultamate
Rewards.
- Liaise with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Store
Operations, and Consumer Insights to monitor and action guest
feedback, while leveraging competitive insights and industry trends
to consistently advocate for the guest experience.REQUIREMENTS FOR
CONSIDERATION:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing /
Business)
- Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience
- Strong practical knowledge of Loyalty Industry including best
practices, competitive landscape, emerging trends, strategic
partnerships
- Experience in coordinating multi-functional Marketing
initiatives
- Strong project / time management skills and ability to
prioritize independently to solve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, internally and
externally, to deliver results
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills
- Passion for improving the guest experience
- This position may be based remotely, or out of our corporate
headquartersThe pay range for this positions is USD $71,700 -
$121,700 salary with the opportunity to earn additional
compensation pursuant with the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will
be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant
education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level,
shift, geographic location, and business andorganizational needs.
