We Are HiringWe are hiring for an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to work at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook in Bolingbrook, IL. Schedule: Registry, Night Shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM) Minimum requirement to give 48 hours of availability for every schedule including weekend and holiday shifts. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.* Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.Education:* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.Work Experience:* 3 years of ED RN experience ***NEW GRADUATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION***Why Join Our TeamAMITA Health, one of the largest health systems in Illinois, is comprised of 19 hospitals and more than 230 sites of care.
