Job Description:
We are seeking a flexible Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for home risk
assessments, including new grads. Conduct comprehensive adult and
geriatric assessments in home, SNF, and community settings. Review
medical history, medications, social factors, and risks during
visits up to an hour. Collaborate with healthcare teams, provide
patient education, referrals, and follow-up. Enjoy flexible
scheduling, working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Earn from
$2,200 to $11,000/month based on completed assessments.
Requirements include current RN and NP licensure, certification, at
least 1-year experience, and ability to travel. Benefits include
