Job Description:

seeking a motivated and patient-focused Advanced Practice
Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our committed team. In this dynamic
role, the APRN will provide essential healthcare services, closely
collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
deliver comprehensive patient care in line with our mission of
offering personalized, high-quality medical services. This role
demands a keen attention to detail, advanced clinical skills, and a
dedication to patient well-being and outcomes. Conduct detailed
patient assessments including physical exams and patient history to
inform treatment plans. Develop and manage patient care plans in
collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. Prescribe
medications and treatments, monitor patient response, and adjust
care plans as necessary. Provide direct patient care and education,
empowering patients regarding their health and treatment options.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, complying with all
legal and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous
education to stay abreast of innovations and best practices in
healthcare. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and
diagnosis Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in managing patient care plans and educating patients
Capable of using electronic health record (EHR) systems Current and
valid state RN license Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a
recognized national certifying body such as ANCC or AANP BLS/ACLS
certification preferred
