Job Description:
Saint Joseph Health System, a pillar of community health in
North Central Indiana, is seeking a dynamic Executive Director of
Clinical Operations for our Maternal Child and Inpatient Services.
This critical leadership role involves guiding and overseeing the
comprehensive operations of maternal, child health, and other
inpatient services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding healthcare
in line with our mission to provide personalized, high-quality
medical care. The successful candidate will hold a strategic
position in maintaining and elevating clinical standards,
championing patient safety, and fostering an environment of
excellence across all levels of staff. Oversee clinical operations
for maternal and child health departments along with other
inpatient services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance
patient care and safety. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Manage budgets, staffing, and resource
allocation efficiently. Promote a culture of continuous improvement
and professional development among staff. Collaborate with other
health system leaders to achieve integrated care objectives. Lead
quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to manage large
teams and complex budgets Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Ability to implement clinical best
practices and innovations in patient care Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license
preferred Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., FACHE) is
highly desirable
