Assess patients’ health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient health and documenting nursing care in patient records in adherence to compliance and privacy regulations. Communicate regularly with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care. Implement physicians’ orders, perform treatments, administer medications, and interpret patient information necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency situations. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating with healthcare professionals and providing patient education. Empathetic and culturally competent in patient care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
