Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available at an elementary school serving grades K-8
in Arlington Heights, IL, seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) specializing in pediatrics and school settings. This position
runs from February 5, 2026, through June 19, 2026, working weekdays
from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Key responsibilities include providing
speech therapy services with direct therapy sessions, developing
and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs),
supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and managing 504
plans. Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication
(AAC) devices is essential to effectively support students
communication needs. Qualifications and desired experience: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP License) Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Professional
Educator License (PEL) Masters degree in a speech-related field
Proven experience with AAC devices in pediatric or school-based
environments Familiarity with IEPs, MTSS, and 504 plan processes
Bilingual Spanish skills are a valuable asset but not required This
position offers a competitive hourly pay rate and benefits
