Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Rockford, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Rockford, Illinois, 61104! Home Health RN Nursing Home Health Permanent M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience At least one year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting is required. Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER, or oncology is preferred. Cardiac or wound certification is preferred. License Illinois nursing license is required. BLS certification is required. Must-Have Mileage between visits is paid. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius. Description This position involves providing nursing care in a home health environment. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
