Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures
optional Schedule: 8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block,
12 hrs clinic weekly Current Team: 1 GI Physician supported by
residents Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session Procedures: 6-7
per day Call Schedule: Typically 1:3 (community physicians cover
interim) EMR: EPIC Comp/Benefits: Base Salary: $600,000-$650,000
(two-year guarantee) Earning Potential: $650,000 for top performers
Sign-On/Relocation: Negotiable PTO/CME: Standard system package;
$3,000 CME allowance
