PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital care, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. Our facility focuses on intensive rehabilitation to aid in the recovery and independence of patients post-surgery, injury or illness. As a Physical Therapist at PowerBack, you will work closely with patients to create customized treatment plans that suit their specific recovery needs, utilizing a variety of innovative techniques and therapies. Your goal will be to help patients achieve their highest potential of physical function and pain relief. Evaluate patient conditions and establish treatment goals. Plan and administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain and restore function. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide instruction and guidance to patients and their families for home exercises and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities Excellent patient assessment abilities Proficient in designing and implementing strategic treatment plans Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapy license BLS/CPR certification Optional: Certification in Specialized Rehabilitation Therapy
