Job Description:
Carle Health, a leader in community-focused healthcare and
innovative medical research, is seeking a skilled Radiologic
Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our
mission of improving patient health outcomes by providing
high-quality diagnostic imaging. Our Radiologic Technologists are
equipped with state-of-the-art technology to perform accurate
imaging procedures, working collaboratively with a team of
healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment
planning. Perform radiographic exams as per physician orders,
ensuring patient safety and compliance with radiation safety
guidelines. Maintain patient information and imaging records,
adhering to HIPAA regulations. Operate and maintain radiologic
equipment, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring it is
functioning properly. Collaborate with the medical team to evaluate
imaging results and assist in diagnosis and treatment. Educate and
communicate with patients about imaging procedures, addressing any
concerns and ensuring a comfortable experience. Proficiency in
operating radiologic imaging equipment Strong understanding of
radiation safety standards and procedures Excellent patient
management skills Ability to analyze and interpret medical images

401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Valid state
licensure as required
