We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for a PRN physician role. • Duration: 52 weeks
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Anesthesiologist
• Active physician license in Illinois or the applicable state
• Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, patient safety focus, and procedural expertise
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-based clinical setting

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases in accordance with established clinical standards
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery needs
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions
