Responsibilities:Responsibilities: - Youll ensure customers have the best in-store experience by maintaining a strong visual presence on shelves/displays, ensuring display ads and pricings are up-to-date and provide insights back to the team on how we make the best even better. - Youll be a powerful brand advocate by educating and selling decision makers on new products, features, and seasonal buy-ins. - Youll maximize the information and tools provided by the Acosta & Client team to accomplish goals, increase sales, and develop partnerships with key decision makers. - Youll be the eyes and ears behind the brand and share customer feedback, in-store conditions, and successes (including yours!) to the team. - Plus, you may assist with special projects/tasks as needed to support the client.
Qualifications:Qualifications: - Youre a self-starter who enjoys working independently, while still being supported by the Acosta family. - You take pride in your work, can follow detailed instructions/schedules, and love executing plans to a tee. - You enjoy talking to people and being able to inform and promote the brand within the store to customers and associates. - Youre comfortable movin and groovin as our merchandisers walk around the stores and move fixtures/boxes. - You have reliable access to transportation, a smartphone and the internet. - You have 1-3 years of related experience in retail and/or merchandising and a High School Diploma/GED.
