Senior HR Project Manager will oversee the development,
implementation, and evaluation of our HR strategic initiatives.
This individual will directly support the Chief Human Resources
Officer (CHRO) and will play a pivotal role in tracking progress of
HR strategy, serving as the HR project lead in integration work,
and providing essential support to the Senior HR leadership team.
This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional
project management abilities, and a proactive approach to driving
HR strategy forward. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that

Values.Essential FunctionsDUTIES, TASKS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports the CHRO and senior HR team to drive the
strategy and key initiative of the function.Supports CHRO directly
as it relates to HR for HR (HRBP).Monitors progress, execution, and
effectiveness of the annual HR Scorecard and initiatives.Acts as
the main person of contact for HR projects and initiatives.Ensures
seamless integration processes by collaborating with
cross-functional teams.Runs CHRO staff meetings, gathers content
and sets agendas aligned with HR strategy.Facilitates HR Town
Halls, fosters transparent communication and employee
engagement.Supports HR for HR interventions that continue to
increase the effectiveness of the HR team.Provides additional HR
for HR support as needed including administrative support.Manages
project work on behalf of HR for any company-wide M&A and
integration activities.Gathers industry insights for circulation
with HR leadership from reputable industry sources.Identifies
opportunities for HRLT members to attend industry-led conferences
throughout the year.Provides proactive support to the HR leadership
team on major project work.Collaborates on strategic initiatives
and provide assistance as needed.Takes charge of planning,
organizing, and executing biannual HR Leadership Summits.Gathers
relevant content and develop agendas to ensure the success of each
summit.Mentors and oversees the hiring process for the HR
Leadership Program Associate (LPA), as needed.Provides guidance and
support to LPA candidates to foster their professional growth.Other
duties and projects as assigned.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND
ABILITIES:Possess a growth mindset and demonstrates active

departments.Strong project management skills to effectively plan,
execute, and monitor HR initiatives, including the ability to
manage timelines, resources, and budgets.Excellent verbal and

facilitate meetings, and engage with stakeholders at all
levels.Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with
organizational goals and objectives, while anticipating future
trends and challenges.Proven ability to identify issues, analyze
root causes, and develop innovative solutions to complex HR
challenges.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain
relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives,
managers, and employees.Excellent organizational skills to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and
meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum
Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeEDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.Master's degree in Human Resources
or related field preferred.5 years of experience in HR strategy,
project management, or related roles.3-5 years of HR business
partner experience preferred.Strong analytical skills with the
ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.Experience in
M&A integration and change management preferred.Certification
in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:These
