we'd love to talk to you!Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Manager,
Talent and Organizational Development is responsible for applying a
consulting approach in partnership with assigned Human Resource
Business leaders supporting business units. The role is responsible
for translating talent development tools, processes, and programs,
into actionable and value-added results for the businesses it
serves. This may include conducting a needs analysis and
recommending solutions and interventions to Human Resources
Business Partners as well as design, develop, implement, and
evaluate talent development solutions to improve employee
performance and organizational effectiveness. As with all positions

Mission, Vision and Values.Essential Functions--Partners with and
supports Human Resource Business Partners dedicated to business
units, specifically Operations.Draws on Talent Development
expertise to help improve employee performance and organizational
effectivenessAssesses performance improvement opportunity, performs
gap analysis, designs solution or solution requirements, develops
all or some of the solution and its elements, implements the
solution and evaluates the resultsApplies sound instructional
design and adult learning principles to create a variety of
interventions, including creation of storyboards, scripts, course
content including simulations and blended solutionsImplements a
variety of talent development solutions including interactive
online learning models, or instructor-led methodsAnalyzes learner
characteristics in order to select learning modality and content
that will maximize learner motivation and learning
effectivenessConducts a variety of talent development facilitation,
including learning and development sessions, as well as other forms
of meeting facilitation to achieve organizational outcomesEvaluate
the effectiveness of talent development solutions and ensure
tracking through the learning management system and compliance with
AICC/SCORM standards as neededUtilizes robust functionality of the
learning management system to attract and engage audiencesPlan and
manage learning projects using internal and/or vendor resources
including accountability for budget, product and
resourcesEstablishes clear delineation between training and
communication with stakeholders making appropriate recommendation
on when to deploy eitherMaintains thorough understanding and
utilization of the newest methods and techniques in talent
developmentPerforms all other duties as assignedMinimum
Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude----Able
to consult and interact with a variety of stakeholders at various
levels in the organizationApplies instructional design expertise
(including facilitated and blended)Demonstrates ability to manage
multiple projects effectivelyDemonstrates in-person, virtual
classroom and group facilitation skills5 + years in learning and
development or equivalent educationExcellent visual design skills
on programs such as PowerPoint, Word, etc.Models a serving mindset
and attitude at all timesUnderstands organizational dynamics and
business strategyEmploys creative, practical problem diagnosis and
problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively influence without
authority with business partnersApplies verbal and written
communication skills effectivelyRecognizes opportunities and takes
action without waiting for specific directionDemonstrates ability
to utilize learning evaluation methods such as Kirkpatrick Model or
othersMaintains flexibility, able to change and implement new
processesDisplays strong team and leadership skillsApplies
attention to detail, maintaining high quality standardsMaintains
high personal standard of integrityAbility to travel up to 25% on
averageExperience working in an operations environment with
front-line managers and individual contributorsExposure to lean
operations, six-sigma or continuous improvement a plusExperience
facilitating personality assessment such as DISC, or Myers-Briggs
is a plusExperience or familiarity with servant leadership programs
