  As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  
  • 
    
  • Working with customers each day to service and of their shopping needs. This includes explaining benefits of the wireless devices, matching our premium accessories to their new and current devices, outlining the various wireless plans that will meet the needs of each family member, and taking care of any device or billing issues and questions.
    
  • Developing your customer services and selling skills with our top-notch training and development team
    
  • Participate in daily marketing activities that are designed to increase the number of customers you interact with to enhance your sales opportunities.
    
  • Be a team player so together everyone achieves their various goals.
    
  • Daily maintenance of our show room so your customers feel comfortable and welcome.
    
  • Work side by side with your store management team to ensure the operational and production excellence.
    
    As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, we are looking for individuals that have or are:

    • Recent experience in retail or customer facing sales
      
    • Being Bi-lingual is a huge plus, however being an excellent communicator is a must
