Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join
our Product Engineering team. This role will work on a team of
engineers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
This person will contribute significantly to both front-end and
backend development, maintaining alignment to our quality
processes, contributing to component development, and collaborating
with the rest of the team for cross-team functionality. Additional
responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Contribute to
the implementation and maintenance of our platform code and
components, spanning both frontend and backend. • Collaborate with
platform, operations, and engineering teams across the
organization. • Ensure features are well-tested, contributing to
our continuous integration environment. • Diagnose performance
bottlenecks and tackle critical production issues across the entire
stack. • Collaborate in crafting solutions using both backend and
frontend technologies. What You’ll Achieve • Deliver
high-performance, low-latency software solutions for our platform.
• Improve the platform with new technologies and techniques in both
frontend and backend areas. • Ensure robust testing and integration
to maintain software quality. • Identify and solve critical issues
to maintain platform performance. Who You Are: • What you’ll bring
with you: o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related
field, or equivalent experience, with 5 years in full stack
software development. o Knowledge of high-performance software and
clean architecture principles. o Experience with Single Page
Applications (SPAs) using TypeScript and Angular or other modern
frameworks/technologies. o Strong expertise in backend development
with Python or similar languages. o Experience working on
low-latency, high-throughput systems. o Familiarity with public
cloud providers and technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and
Docker. o Clear and honest communication are key to success in this
role. • Why you might stand out from other talent: o Master’s
Degree in Computer Science or a related field o Exposure to working
in the Ad Tech industry. o Experience launching tech products
across multiple sectors. o Comfortable using tech platforms such as
Salesforce, Eloqua, Asana, or similar. o Familiarity with
performance metrics and KPIs to assess GTM success.
