As a member of the US Data, CRM and Platform Technology team, the
Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day
project activities of highly technical projects under the data
engineering, CRM technology, and BI technology organization. You
will ensure project control procedures and policies are adhered to
as per technology’s project performance standards. This role will
work closely with other tech PMs, engineering teams, and auditors
to prepare business cases, and analyze and document complex data,
and collect artifacts necessary for special projects and
audit-related requirements. The Technical Project Manager uses
independent judgment to determine methods and approaches to work,
utilizing the project tracking system to manage project reviews and
prepare and distribute project status, updates, and progress
reports to project stakeholders. In addition, the role acts as a
resource integrator for their area, managing stakeholder
expectations related to the project scope and timeline constraints.

be remote. How you’ll succeed Project Management: Planning,
tracking and driving the technology deliverables in support of the
projects worked on by the US Data and CRM Technology team. Outline
project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and
costs. Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a
voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and
procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will
continuously improve the project plan. Monitor milestones; ensure
they are completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a
project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time,
and risk. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to
financial regulatory requirements, audits, and compliance standards
relevant to technology initiatives. Collect and provide artifacts
to auditors within tight timeframes. Develop and execute audit
plans for technical projects. Conduct fieldwork and reporting of
assurance and advisory engagements. Identify and evaluate risks and
controls in business processes. Proactively identify and mitigate
technical risks that could impact project success. Develop
recommendations to improve the control environment Collaboration:
Work closely with other technical project managers and engineering
teams to coordinate meetings, collect data and information, and
providing guidance and support for compliance and audit requests.
Communication and Leadership Skills: Provide training, and
mentoring colleagues in project governance and controls. Assisting
developers and engineers with identifying required technologies and
services for intended technology solutions. Develop trusted working
relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
Possess excellent communication skills to interact, build consensus
with internal and external teams and stakeholders across all lines
of business Who you are You possess 7 years of technical project
management experience within the banking or financial services
industry. Experience managing data-centric projects including data
engineering, Salesforce, BI, APIM and/or cloud, data transformation
, ETL, and data warehouse implementations is desired. Power BI and
reporting automation experience is also an asset. You bring solid
experience with project management and issue management tools like
Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRA, and have managed cross-portfolio
projects in a matrix environment. You must have dashboard reporting
experience, preferably with Tableau and Excel. Experience with
waterfall and agile methodologies, and knowledge of the Software
Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You have a strong knowledge of
financial regulatory requirements, compliance standards, project
governance, and reporting for highly technical initiatives.
Experience collecting artifacts and documenting project findings
for regular audits. Understanding of technical project processes,
navigating blockers, intakes, and identifying and mitigating
technical risks. Strong communication and presentation skills.

rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of
$120,000- $140,000 based on experience, qualifications, and
location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible
to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive
compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus
