Driver Qualifications Valid Class A CDL 6 Months CDL-A Driving Experience Local Company Truck Drivers Drive local, home daily routes Company Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year* Annual pay range: $50,000 - $105,000 Gross CPM range with incentives: $0.57 - $0.78 per mile Base CPM range: $0.43 - $0.52 per mile Gross hourly range with incentives: $18.12 - $40.93 Base hourly range: $17.01 - $25.48 Experience based pay-don't start from the bottom, your starting pay reflects your experience!
