Job Description Job Description Express Employment is seeking Cabinet Assemblers to join our partnered client’s production team, located in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who is newer to the trade but has a basic understanding of woodworking, construction methods, and working with hand and power tools. You’ll support the assembly of high-end cabinetry in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble cabinet components based on shop drawings and instructions Use hand tools, and woodworking equipment to construct parts Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly Assist senior cabinet makers and learn advanced cabinetry techniques Perform basic finishing tasks such as sanding, fitting, and inspecting parts Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Basic knowledge of woodworking and construction methods Comfortable using hand tools and basic woodworking equipment Ability to read measurements and follow verbal or written instructions Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Positive can do attitude Previous experience in woodworking or cabinet assembly is a plus, but not required Job Type: Full-time Experience: assembly: 2 years (Preferred) Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred) Power tools: 1 year (Preferred) Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred) You should be proficient in: Woodworking Window Installation Tape Measure Reading Drywall Installation Finish and Rough Carpentry Cabinet Installation
