Scope of Position This highly motivated individual, as part of the
EFX department, will be responsible for assembling mechanical
units, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to a standardized
process. Assembles components by examining connections for correct
fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Processes, packages,
labels, and moves finished products for shipment. This position
reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is
based in Menomonee Falls, WI. Primary Job Duties and
Responsibilities /n - Aligns material and puts together parts to
build more complex units. /n - Interprets blueprint specifications
for each unit. /n - Conducts first piece inspection to adhere to
quality standards. /n - Package and label products following
standard procedure. /n - Understands and engages in department
metrics. /n - Supports new product initiatives. /n - Proficient in
scrap out procedures. /n - Responsible for individual production
schedule expectations. /n - Proficient within applicable computer
programs and scanning operations. /n - Proficient in most Standard
Operating Procedures for applicable department/cell. /n - Meets
productivity expectations set by management. /n - Proficient
understanding of department specific tools and measuring equipment.
/n - Sustains inventory and parts replenishment system. /n -
Participates in department meetings effectively. /n - Completes
industrial lift truck certifications (as needed). /n - Collaborate
effectively with all team members across departments. /n - Helps
support other department functions as needed. /n - Help create and
maintain a positive work environment. /n - Understand and abide by
all company safety policies. /n - Assume responsibility for other
projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or
Company management. /n - Responsibility directly tied to Watts

diploma or GED or equivalent work experience /n - Understanding of
and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and
safety practices and procedures, as applicable. /n - Must
successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily
complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a
condition of employment. /n /n Preferred Qualifications - 1 years
of general assembly experience or manufacturing role /n General

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be
working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required
to work at the Company's location in Menomonee Falls, WI. Your
scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for
this position include, but are not limited to: /n - Ability to
stand for long periods of time. /n - Ability to lift and carry up
to 50 pounds. /n - Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds. /n -
Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor. /n - Ability
to read documents and communicate clearly with management and
coworkers. /n - Ability to wear personal protective equipment,
which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing
protection, and safety glasses. /n /n Nothing in this job
