Job Summary: -The Purchasing Specialist will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members to ensure that purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Job Duties:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and requirements.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, price, and delivery meet company standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms.
• Manage purchasing orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documents.
• Resolve any purchasing-related issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes that may affect purchasing decisions
  Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and accuracy
