- Day and Night Variable Shift


*Salary Range:*


- *$60,000 - $72,000*

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*


*What you will do:*


- Regulate safety standards and compliance with company procedures.


- Supervise and direct all activities of workers and other support staff with the loading and unloading of freight.


- Conduct pre-shift meetings and train new members of the team.


- Meet customer expectations and provide on-time and quality delivery of freight.


- Complete reports in a timely manner to ensure an efficient and steady flow of information.


- Provide balanced and timely coaching/feedback to promote a culture of teamwork to ensure high-performance.


- Maintain knowledge of applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).


*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*


- High School graduate or equivalent.


- Demonstrated Leadership and supervisory capabilities.


- Must be flexible, willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, in all types of weather.


- Previous LTL experience strongly preferred.


*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*


The position requires the ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
