Job Description:
The Ecosystem Business Partner plays a critical role in ensuring
Local Ecosystem Business Performance and aligning to the operating
model while embedding and growing the key capabilities; being an
evolving strategic connector across ecosystems and HQ teams which
will help to capitalize on new business trends and opportunities
and sharing best practices across ecosystems; facilitating and
being the escalation point for key executional items.This role
reports into the Director of Ecosystem Business Enablement and
works closely with the Local Ecosystem Lead as well as with the
Strategy and Operations team.The job duties of the Ecosystem
Business Partner include:
- Drive local insights gathering and be an evolving strategic
connector across ecosystems and HQ teams:
- Local Ecosystem Insight mapping: Assist LEL in defining local
healthcare trends & opportunities - performance (advise), Develop
ecosystem mapping template to advance archetypes (own), Foster
collaboration with LEL's where shared external dynamics influence
impact local decision making.
- Regional Market place trends and Opportunities: Regional
insights - Trends & Opportunities based on performance.
- Share best practices across own organization: Connect LEL to
other similar archetype teams. Utilize EBP network to accelerate
sharing across areas, Develop an SME network for each role.
- Listening pipes and escalation channel for field to HQ
(marketing, training, ops): Conduit for information back to support
teams, Help to categorize / prioritize insights (local dynamic vs
industry trend), Help to prioritize areas for organizational
change, Escalation point for Ecosystem/Area level issues: ie.
channel (stocking, shortage/outages), reimbursement, P2P execution.
- Accountable for embedding WoW and support the executional need
of key areas
- WoW change accelerator: Facilitate collaboration across
ecosystems and with extended partners (OPAL, Retail AE, Strategic
Accounts).
- It does not include to be a hub to address every risk that the
local teams might face, and is not a central grievance redressal
center.
- Embed and grow capabilities:
- Strategic Account Management & Planning: Pull through
formalized strategic account planning & management curriculum with
LEL, Embed principles via direct coaching (field rides & local
business planning sessions) and Facilitate internal resources to
support key customers (marketing & trade).
- Business Acumen: Increase businessacumen and analysis in the
ecosystemWhy You?Basic QualificationsWe are looking for
professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3+ years of Sales, Marketing or Commercial Analytics
experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Vaccines experience.
- At least 3+ years' experience leading matrix teams.
- 25% travel to Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois.Preferred
Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would
be a plus:
- Demonstrated Leadership experience.
- Master's Degree
- Experience in contracting or Trade strategy.
- High level of familiarity with how to use analytics to market
trends and performance to influence to innovate
commercial-marketing plans.
- Demonstrated breadth of commercial experience.# LI-GSKThe
annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from
$143,250 to $238,750 taking into account a number of factors
including work location within the US market, the candidate's
skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the
role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and
eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive
program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available
