This role will manage and execute the Onboarding and Trainingprocess for new brand partners including collaboration activities and the proactive management ofcompliance. This position will work across many functional areas of Ulta Beauty.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Manage and execute On-Boarding, Collaboration & Compliance activities, including but notlimited to: EDI enablement, Scorecard & Chargeback performance reviews, Quarterlycollaboration meetings, Collaborative Performance plans and Brand Partner recognition.--- Accountable to execute Quarterly Business Review meetings with internal stake holders andexternal business partners, assess business opportunities and provide recommendations tocomplex issues and requests.--- Utilize Data and Analytics with high level of accuracy to identify and implement Brand Partnerperformance improvement plans.--- Navigate and utilize Ulta Beauty systems to troubleshoot compliance issues and discrepancies.Lead cross-functional business teams through root cause analysis and address accountabilitywith internal/external partners.--- Support joint initiatives as needed through project execution and brand partner management.--- Manage and support supply chain initiatives with cross-functional business teams to implementsupply chain solutions inclusive of Project Plan development, Change Managementdocumentation, implementation, and Governance.--- Create and maintain Supplier Operations best practices for continuous improvement.--- Coordinate the Brand Partner Segmentation process for updates to existing brand partner tiers(annually) and new brand partners (as needed)--- Manages the Ulta Beauty Supply Chain Guide and collaborates with Ulta business owners for theprocesses and procedures within the guide.REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:--- 2-5 years direct work experience in supplier performance and collaboration or similar workexperience, preferably within retail industry or supply chain--- BS or BA University degree required--- Experience with Microsoft Office applications--- Strong written and communication skills--- Detailed oriented; able to multi-task and prioritize; motivated self-starter--- Ability to build relationships at various levels--- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.--- Ability to set expectations and deliver results on time--- Reliable and accountable business partner--- Positive attitude and advocate of change/change management--- Facilitate meetings and experience in delivery training--- Job/Office location will be in Bolingbrook, IL--- Travel - 10% (Stores, Meetings, DCs, Conferences, Training)WORKING CONDITIONS--- Normal office demands (hybrid)ABOUTAt Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA), the possibilities are beautiful.
