E-commerce Distribution Associate - Full-Time

PBD Worldwide is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to work in our fast-paced distribution center to deliver Superior Service Every Time!

The key responsibilities for a Distribution Associate are assignment-based:

• Same Day Order fulfillment - pick, pack, and ship to ensure the customer shipment process is efficient and accurate.
• Receive inventory - unload, separate inventory, receive and put-away inventory in assigned locations.
• Inventory control - cycle count inventory, return merchandise to shelves, put-away items, transfer inventory, inventory replenishment.
• Returns processing - process customer returns.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Additional assignments as needed.
  Requirements:
  
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Self-motivated individual to work in a team-oriented environment
  • High level of productivity and accuracy
  • Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience with order picking robotics is a plus, but not required
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
    
    Physical Requirements:
    
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
    • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
