First Shift:10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Peak Schedule Varies)Pay Rate: $16.50 hourlyAssist the Shipping Supervisor and Manager with the following:* Lead a shipping packaging line for small parcels* Act as a line lead between staff and supervisors* Lead 5-10 employees during non-peak times and up to 25-50 temporary employees during peak times* Train new employees and evaluate current employees to ensure training is up to date with changing requirements* Coordinate shared workload with other line leaders.* At peak times we operate a 24/7 shipping operation; the proper candidate must be willing to lead anyone of the shifts to provide this coverage* Assign work to employees* Communicate hours and days off schedule with team members* Perform all duties of Shipping personnel* Evaluate staff needs for peak and slow times of the year* Diagnose problems and know who to contact for support* Perform additional duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Dependability is a MUST* Highly organized and clean* Ability to manage personnel conflicts - Handle common conflicts and disputes with ease* Identify and solve problems* Proven track record of being capable of coordinating several tasks simultaneously and with minimal supervision - requiredEducation and Experience* Minimum of one years' experience in a small parcel shipping department* One or more years in a supervisory or line lead position* Degree or High School Diploma/GED with above experience level* Speak and read English - Bi-Lingual a plusPhysical Requirements* Prolonged periods of standing and walking* Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times* Ability to work a 10-to-12-hour shift* First Shift:10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Peak Schedule Varies)About PersonalizationMall.comPersonalizationMall.com is a premier provider of distinctive keepsake items featuring a broad assortment of customizable products and one-of-a-kind designs that allow customers to express themselves in unique ways.
