Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food manufacturing Production Manager to oversee our 3rd shift operations and lead a team of 40-50 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production, implementing safety procedures, managing inventory levels, and developing positive employee relations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage 3rd shift production operations while compliance with Quality Assurance and USDA procedures
Responsible for producing a quality product that meets all the Safety, FDA, BRC, and Customer regulations
Identifies significant issues related to quality, safety, down time, production problems or any other unexpected issues
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
Monitor production quality and take corrective action as necessary
Manage inventory levels and control costs
Develop and maintain positive employee relationsRequirements/Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred not required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
3+ years of experience in production management
Strong leadership, organizational, computer skills and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of production processes and equipment
Ability to make data-driven decisions
