Job duties: Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement. Identify risks mitigation planning and collaborating with IT team to resolve issues and insuring solutions are viable. Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Test Engineering teams to determine the requirements for new features/functions as the Product Owner. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve processing. Produce specifications/features for new or modified systems, implementing new systems, troubleshooting technical issues, also responsible for user training and feedback. Identify risks mitigation planning and collaborating with IT team to resolve issues and insuring solutions are viable. Document system requirements, defines scope and objective, and assist in the creation of specifications that drive system development and implementation. Examine current and new business procedures and Performing Discovery sessions, to help client identify loopholes in current system As-Is and design the To Be system by performing the Gap and Impact Analysis. Lead the integration and configuration of new and existing insurance blocks along with transfers from aging administrative systems. Convert business requirements to technical requirements. Perform intermediate data analysis, data manipulation, QA testing and data validation for business conversions. Work directly with all levels of IT and the organization to create solutions that will enable internal departments to provide outstanding service to clients. Review master policies/certificates and other plan documentation to understand how each will be supported administratively. Troubleshoot and solve operational issues. Work with quality assurance team for testing integration functionalities and escalated critical issues to ensured that system meets the scope of work correctly. Define administration system modification requirements and Provide assistance to users of the administration systems. Plan, organize, and wrote various specification and technical requirements documents in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and standards. Job Requirement: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in CS, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field.
